The core reason for the thickness of the parting line for silicone pendants mainly comes from silicone molds. For example, silicone molds achieve contact during processing, resulting in a relatively thin parting line for the product. Therefore, the selection of mold steel is very important in the mold making process. After a long period of pressing, the mold will affect the loss of the product. The better the mold steel parting line, the better it will be in the mold making process. Secondly, the accuracy of CNC computer gongs is also crucial. Of course, the long-term pressing accuracy of milling cutters and blades is crucial. By doing a good job in the upper and lower clamping lines of the mold, the product will naturally have good self drawing burrs during the mold making process, and the resulting product will naturally be more beautiful.
The production process of silicone ornaments belongs to the internal control problem of the product. If the manufacturer of silicone ornaments does not control the weight of the material during the production process, it is likely to cause excessive extrusion of burrs and excessive modulus. Secondly, the horizontal control of the table and the parameter control of the table, such as pressure, exhaust, temperature, etc., have a certain impact.
The raw material is the key to the thickness of the parting line of silicone products. Generally, better materials will experience indirect fracture, serration, and softening during the subsequent edge removal process. Moreover, after long-term production, the configuration will become thicker, and the appearance of silicone products will also be more unsightly. However, the main reason is that many structures of the mold cannot be self repaired after modification, resulting in irreparable damage to the silicone mold. Over time, the silicone mold will be scrapped!
