In the process of customizing silicone ornaments, what are the issues to pay attention to when making silicone product toys, and what are the common problems? What issues should be noted at each stage of the production process of silicone products?
1. Confirm the mold drawing and ensure that the drawing file is correct before mold opening, otherwise it will waste time and materials for mold opening;
2. Before proofing, try to make a the first mock examination, carefully compare it with the mold drawing and product design drawing to see if they are consistent;
3. Confirm whether the product color is accurate after the mold is OK;
4. Trim the rough edges of the sample and send it to the customer for confirmation, and sign the confirmation sample to avoid disputes;

5. When producing bulk goods, the color should be consistent with the sample.
